1. The free calculator
Calculator figures and scenarios are computed in your browser. An explicit Save stores a snapshot in local browser storage; edits do not automatically overwrite it. Clear saved removes that snapshot. Calculator CSV downloads are generated locally. The calculator does not upload financial inputs; hosting can still receive ordinary connection and technical information.
2. Account and business records
Account features use Lovable Cloud to process your email and sign-in information, business name, optional service type and employee count, monthly financial inputs, notes, saved scenarios and timestamps. These records are intended to be accessible only to their owner. Browser-save import is optional and copies financial data to your account without deleting the original browser snapshot.
3. Purposes and service providers
Purposes include account access, storing and displaying your records, calculating results, and operating and securing the service. Lovable Cloud provides hosting and account services. Stripe processes test checkout and billing information; the app stores subscription identifiers, status, paid-period dates and payment-event identifiers, not card numbers. Stripe receives your account email and user identifier to associate billing with your account. Live payment collection remains disabled. Before launch, approve provider disclosures, logs, analytics, processing locations, legal bases and international transfer safeguards.
4. Storage and security
Browser storage is used for calculator snapshots and account-session functionality. Cloud records use owner-scoped access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. Retention periods, backup deletion timing and security-incident procedures have not been finalized and must be approved before launch.
5. Your choices and rights
You can edit or delete monthly records and saved scenarios, export available figures as CSV, and clear the local calculator snapshot. A formal account-deletion and privacy-request process, identity verification, response timelines and applicable rights must be confirmed before launch. This draft does not promise an existing account-deletion button or a response deadline.
6. Owner decisions required
Confirm the data controller's legal identity and address, privacy contact, retention schedule, support/deletion process, provider disclosures, cookies/analytics position, legal bases, regional rights and effective date. Children’s-use restrictions also require legal review. Contact details are intentionally not fabricated.
