Owner legal review required before launch
This is proposed wording, not an approved legal policy or legal advice. Contact details, effective date and applicable law require approval. Only test payments are available; live subscriptions are not offered.
1. Service and intended use
MarginHarbor Profit Advisor provides illustrative financial calculations, scenarios and projections for business planning. Results depend on your inputs and assumptions; they are not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Forecasts do not guarantee future results. Seek qualified advice before making material decisions.
2. Accounts and your information
Use accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You remain responsible for the accuracy of business figures you enter and must have authority to use that information. Do not upload third-party confidential or personal information without permission.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or use the service unlawfully. Proposed suspension and termination procedures require owner review and must respect applicable law.
4. Subscription terms — proposed for launch
The intended subscription price is $39 USD per month, with no free trial. Applicable taxes and any currency conversion appear before payment. If approved for live launch, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period. Failed payments may be retried; access is subject to subscription status and the current paid period. Currently only test payments are available, using fake money.
5. Data, availability and limitations
You retain rights to your submitted business information. Export appropriate copies while your subscription permits workspace access. Cancellation does not automatically delete financial records, but cloud access and exports are gated when entitlement expires. Availability is not guaranteed. Any warranty disclaimer, liability limit, dispute procedure or suspension rights require jurisdiction-specific legal review and must not restrict non-waivable rights.
6. Operator and approval requirements
MarginHarbor Profit Advisor is prepared under the MarginHarbor Tools brand operated by Vision Publishing LLC. Before adoption, approve the business address, support/legal contact, effective date, permitted jurisdictions, minimum user age, governing law, dispute process and enforceable liability wording. No address, contact details or jurisdiction have been invented.
