Refund & cancellation policy

This is proposed wording, not an approved legal policy or legal advice. Contact details, effective date and applicable law require approval. Only test payments are available; live subscriptions are not offered.
1. Current status: test payments only
The intended subscription is $39 USD monthly with no trial. Test checkout uses fake money; live charges are disabled. This draft is not effective and does not authorize live payment.
2. Cancellation
Test billing supports self-service cancellation through the billing portal. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period; access continues until that period ends. This is the proposed live approach, subject to legal approval. Canceling alone does not constitute a refund request.
3. Refund decisions still required
Before charging customers, the owner must specify eligibility, any refund-request window, treatment of partial months and duplicate charges, processing method and timing, and a verified support contact. No “no refunds” rule, money-back guarantee, prorated refund or response deadline is established by this draft.
4. Failed payments and records
Test payments may be retried automatically. Access continues while payment is past due within the current period; unpaid, incomplete or paused subscriptions do not unlock the workspace. Records are not automatically deleted due to non-payment, but cloud access and exports are gated after entitlement expires. Retention timing and any support-assisted export process must be approved before launch.
5. Statutory rights and adoption
Applicable consumer rights must not be excluded by the final policy. Legal review must confirm jurisdiction-specific requirements and the legal entity, contact information and effective date. This page is a draft only and must be replaced with an approved policy before live payments.
